At Heart & Sole, we know the importance of maintaining proper foot care. Your feet carry you over 216,262,500 steps in your lifetime so its crucial to take proper care of them. Heart and Sole was founded in 2025 by Patricia McAlister who is a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario. She has specialized in basic and advanced footcare as well as wound care. Prior to becoming a nurse she worked in a footcare clinic where she learned many amazing skills but also seen firsthand the limitations that several people have with transportation and accessing services. Patricia made it her mission to provide affordable mobile footcare and nursing services to her community to ensure everyone has access. She started as a small family run business and is expanding as needs continue to grow. We look forward to serving you and the Niagara region.
